调车作业事故在机务系统发生的事故中一直占有较大比例,因此如何防止和减少调车作业事故始终是机务安全工作的重点。利用现有的LKJ2000型监控装置,通过修改监控软件和增加相应硬件设备,研制开发的调车作业安全“三防”控制系统,可以有效的解决防侵正线、防撞土挡、防止专用线超速等问题,从而达到防止和减少调车作业事故的目的。
Shunting operation accidents have always occupied a large proportion in accidents occurred in maintenance systems. Therefore, how to prevent and reduce shunting accidents has always been the focus of work safety. By using the existing LKJ2000 monitoring device and by modifying the monitoring software and adding the corresponding hardware and equipment, the shunting operation safety & “three prevention” control system developed and developed can effectively solve the problems such as anti-intrusion positive line, Special line speeding and other issues, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing and reducing shunting operation accidents.
