空中纺线法施工是悬索桥主缆传统的一种工法。经过一百余年的发展,最新技术的恒张力控制法,施工效率、主缆安装工程质量均大为提高,与国内通常采用的主缆PPWS工法比较,具有显著的经济性。简要介绍恒张力控制空中纺工法施工工艺,并与PPWS主缆施工工法进行技术经济比较分析,以利于在合适的条件下实现国内AS工法零的突破,丰富我国悬索桥缆索系统施工工法,为目前依然以主缆AS工法为主流技术的海外市场积累经验。
Aerial spinning construction is a traditional method of the main cable suspension bridge. After more than one hundred years of development, the latest technology of constant tension control method, construction efficiency, the quality of the main cable installation projects are greatly improved, with the domestic main cable PPWS method is generally compared with significant economic. This paper briefly introduces the construction technology of constant tension control air spinning method and makes technical and economic comparative analysis with main cable construction method of PPWS in order to facilitate the breakthrough of domestic AS method under suitable conditions and enrich the construction method of cable system of suspension bridge in our country. Main cable AS method as the mainstream technology of overseas markets to gain experience.
