将2_(+0.45)~(+0.50)mm的黄铜板加工成2_(+0.10)~(+0.20)的零件,采用硝酸浸蚀法加工可得到满意效果。其工艺:下料→有机溶剂除油→吊挂→弱腐蚀→流动水清洗→硝酸浸蚀→流动水清洗→铬酸出光→流动水清洗→热水烫干。 1.下料:将铜板下成长为300mm、宽为110mm规格的板料,在边角处钻一个Φ2mm的孔,便于用撕裂带吊挂零件。 2.用汽油、乙醇、丙酮等有机溶剂除油。 3.用撕裂带将零件一个一个地吊挂起来,不能用金属丝钩挂,以免污染硝酸浸蚀溶液。 4.弱腐蚀:弱腐蚀是为了将铜板上的氧化皮酸
