本文报道了利用体外培养细粒棘球绦虫完整包囊方法评价药物对潜在作用的实验室技术。实验材料来源于人类和动物的细粒棘球绦虫的完整包囊,药物为阿苯达唑-亚砜和吡喹酮,进行了3项实验。实验1,从沙鼠腹腔取出的包囊保存在含20%小牛血清和抗菌素的NCTC135培养液(Gibco)中。将包囊分成两组,一组用含有1000μg/L的阿苯达唑-亚砜处理,另一组为不用药物的对照组,分别在培养的2、4、8和11天取出包囊接种到沙鼠的腹腔内,每鼠接种15个包囊,共接种5只鼠,5个月后解剖沙鼠,检测包囊的体积、重量和数目。在培养第8和11天时,取包囊进行电
In this paper, a laboratory technique for assessing the potential effects of drugs using the complete encapsulation of Echinococcus granulosus in vitro was reported.
