苏联云母加工的劳动生产率仍较低,劳动强度大,机械化程度低,目前手工劳动部分仍高达60%,因此劳动力不足这一矛盾日益尖锐。当前急需解决加工工艺过程的综合机械化和自动化,减少手工劳动,缓解劳动力之不足。尽管一直重视和致力于云母加工机械化的研究,但是,目前在某种程度上只是干燥、筛分以及劈分的个别形式、切割、冲压和分级实现了机械化,这些新技术目前仍作为专利发明被记载。
The labor productivity of the Soviet Union’s mica processing is still low, labor intensity is large, and the degree of mechanization is low. At present, the manual labor part is still as high as 60%. Therefore, the contradiction of labor shortage is becoming increasingly acute. At present, it is urgent to solve the comprehensive mechanization and automation of the processing process, reduce manual labor, and alleviate labor shortages.
