艺术创造作为高级文化行为,浸透了艺术家的思想、情感和审美理想。因此,构成绘画的对象和形式,必然成为艺术家精神传达的媒体。徐复观在阐述中国艺术精神时,认为它的缘起,来自于庄子的纯艺术精神中的某种心灵状态、精神状态。他指出:中国绘画艺术的最高境界在山水画中体现得最为淋漓尽致。这当然是一种表象,事实上山水画精神的背后恰恰是人的精神在起作用。到了公元二十世纪末的现实世界中,已经再也找不到一块清静之地,来安息文化人的灵魂了,寄托在艺术家胸中的山水精神不得不赤裸裸地袒露出人的精神实质。

Therefore, the objects and forms that constitute the painting must inevitably become the media conveyed by the artist’s spirit. In elaborating the spirit of Chinese art, Xu Fuguan believed that its origin originated from some kind of spiritual state and mental state in the pure artistic spirit of Zhuang Zi. He pointed out: The highest level of Chinese painting art is most vividly embodied in landscape painting. This is of course an appearance, in fact, behind the spirit of landscape painting is precisely the human spirit at work. By the end of the 20th century in the real world, we can no longer find a quiet place to rest in the soul of a cultured person. The spirit of landscapes entrusted to the chest of artists has to nakedly expose the spiritual essence of human beings.
