Under the premise of meeting the project quality, highlighting the cost control of enterprises and making efforts to reduce costs and expenses can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the study of the cost forecast in the construction process, this paper determines the cost control objectives and cost control principles, and puts forward effective ways and concrete measures to achieve the goal of cost control.
