以太西无烟煤为原料,KCl作为添加剂,通过成型、炭化、活化过程制备吸附法捕集烟道气CO2的活性炭.利用正交试验确定最佳的制备条件,以CO2吸附量和孔径分布等对样品进行表征.结果表明:最佳制备条件为无烟煤97g,添加剂3g,焦油用量28g,炭化温度650℃,活化温度880℃,活化时间3h,在最佳条件下制得活性炭的CO2吸附量为84.4mL/g(0℃,0.1MPa).活性炭的CO2吸附量与孔径分布关系密切,0.61~0.79nm的微孔孔容决定了活性炭对CO2的吸附性能,本研究中使用的添加剂有利于0.61~0.79nm微孔的形成.
The anthracite coal is used as raw material and KCl is used as additive to prepare activated carbon for capturing CO2 of flue gas through adsorption, forming, carbonization and activation process, and the optimum preparation conditions are determined by orthogonal test, The results showed that the best preparation conditions were: anthracite 97g, additive 3g, tar 28g, carbonization temperature 650 ℃, activation temperature 880 ℃, activation time 3h, under the optimal conditions, the adsorption capacity of activated carbon was 84.4mL / g (0 ℃, 0.1MPa). The amount of CO2 adsorption on activated carbon is closely related to the pore size distribution. The pore volume of 0.61-0.79 nm determines the adsorption capacity of activated carbon to CO2. The additives used in this study are 0.61-0.79 nm micropore formation.
