采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,探索教师个人魅力在体育教学中的作用。结果显示,潜藏于教学背后的教师个人魅力属于隐性教育,对学生智力因素与非智力因素的发展具有积极的促进作用。敏锐的观察力为教学排忧解难,为技术动作教学助力;积极调控与表达情绪,为课堂氛围添彩,为师生关系润泽;教师的耐心、爱心、责任心是教师的基本素养,耐心为教育教学有序开展奠基,爱心是体育教学安全性的保障,责任心是对教育教学的延续。
Using the methods of literature materials and logic analysis to explore the role of teachers’ personal charisma in physical education.
