本文报告丁我所1981~1983年间对杀鼠灵玉米粉颗粒毒饵的研制结果,为灭鼠工作提供了一种鼠类嗜食、灭效高、安全经济、便于加工生产的毒饵,其优点如下: 一、褐家鼠喜食玉米粉,对玉米粉颗粒毒饵更喜食,摄食系数高达2.78。该鼠对小麦碴、大麦碴、高梁粉、面粉、麸皮及玉米粉的混合谷物饵的接受性均不如玉米粉好。二、饵料中加0.5%食盐、5.0%蔗糖及0.5~1.0%味精可提高大白鼠对饵料的接受性,摄食系数分别为1.8694、2.4612、1.2548和1.2367。三、除灿烂绿外,饵料中加适量(0.02~0.05%)亚甲蓝、甲基蓝、甲基红、酸性品红及曙红等染色剂作警戒色,不影响褐家鼠的接受性。试验表明还可提高鼠类对铒料的适口性。四、0.005~0.025%杀鼠灵玉米粉颗粒毒饵现场灭鼠,鼠类嗜食,第一周毒饵消耗最多,2~3周后可完全控制处理区鼠患。
This paper reports the results of the research on the poison bait of warfarin corn powder from 1981 to 1983, which provides a poison bait for rodent control, which has the advantages of high reactivity, high efficiency, safety and economy, and is convenient for processing and production. Experiments show that mice can also increase palatability of the material.
