随着我国现代化建设水平的不断提升,当前国家对于学前儿童教育的重视程度也在不断增加,为了更好的提升学前教育的整体教学水平,那么学前教育职前师资培养工作的高质量开展是前提和核心。本文进一步阐述了学前教育师资培养的几点相关建议,首先分析了学前教育师资培养的重要性与存在的问题,其次就学前教育的师资培养实践性以及教学特征进行了分析和阐述,最后结合学前教育师资培养的实践性教学特征,提出了有关学前教育师资培养的思考,以期能够推动我国学前教育师资培养事业的发展,为我国输送更多、更优秀的学前教育师资力量。
With the continuous improvement of the level of modernization in our country, the current emphasis on pre-school children’s education in our country is also on the rise. This paper further elaborates some suggestions on teacher education in pre-primary education. Firstly, it analyzes the importance and problems of teacher education in pre-primary education. Secondly, it analyzes and expounds the practicality and teaching characteristics of teacher education in pre-primary education. Finally, The characteristics of practical teaching of teacher education are put forward. Some suggestions are put forward on the training of teacher education in pre-primary education so as to promote the development of teacher education in preschool education in our country and to provide more and better teacher education resources for pre-school education in our country.
