简要分析了控制现在车、运用车保有量的重要性,提出利用现有货车追踪管理信息系统已能提供的数据计算分界口车辆入出差,不断地叠加到18点统计的现在车(运用车)基准数据上,来推算下一调度日不同时刻现在车(运用车)分布情况的思路。
