毒黄素是一种小分子脂肪酸类外毒素,存在于酵米面、变质银耳等被假单胞菌污染的食物中。毒黄素具有抑菌、杀菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤性等潜在性能,在抗菌剂和抗肿瘤剂开发上具有较高的商业价值。现就毒黄素的合成(化学合成法和生物合成法)、分离(薄层色谱法、重结晶法)及检测方法 (分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、质谱法、生物传感测定法)等方面的最新研究进展作简要评述,对开展毒黄素的合成及分离检测等相关研究具有重要意义。
