管道可以看作是由质量、阻尼与刚度矩阵组成的动力学系统,一旦出现裂纹损伤,其结构参数就随之发生变化,从而导致系统的固有振动频率发生变化。设计一种管道频率测试的试验台,该试验台能够对不同管径、管长及裂纹尖端方向与管道竖直轴线方向成不同角度的裂纹管道固有频率进行测试,通过对不同工况下的管道进行试验研究,并对试验数据进行分析处理,得出裂纹在不同位置、不同角度以及不同深度时管道固有频率变化规律。根据频率的变化规律,可预测管道裂纹的方位和深度,为裂纹识别提供试验基础。
The pipe can be regarded as a dynamic system composed of mass, damping and stiffness matrix. Once the crack is damaged, its structural parameters change, which leads to the change of natural frequency of the system. A test bench for pipeline frequency test is designed. The test bench can test natural frequencies of cracked pipes with different pipe diameters, pipe lengths and crack tip directions at different angles from the vertical axis of the pipelines. By testing the pipelines under different operating conditions, The experimental study is carried out, and the test data are analyzed and processed. The regularity of the natural frequencies of the pipeline at different positions, angles and depths is obtained. According to the variation rule of frequency, the position and depth of pipeline crack can be predicted, which can provide experimental basis for crack identification.
