文章采用自编教师问卷,对西藏偏远地区104名中小学教师进行教师发展现状调查,结果表明:教师专业发展的渠道比较丰富,对自身工作基本认同,但对理论和学科专业知识在专业发展中的重要性认识不足,接近半数的教师未参加在职提高学历的学习,工作压力较大,并且存在一定程度的离职和离校倾向,教师的科研水平有待于进一步提高。
This paper uses a self-made teacher questionnaire to survey 104 teachers in primary and secondary schools in remote areas in Tibet. The results show that teachers have ample channels of professional development and basic recognition of their own work. However, in the professional development of theory and subject expertise, Of the importance of lack of understanding, nearly half of the teachers did not participate in the job to enhance academic qualifications, work pressure, and there is a certain degree of separation and leaving school tendency, the teacher’s research level needs to be further improved.
