本文通过对不同型式机车所进行的多次试验,借助轮轨粘着理论,提出了一种新的设想,建立了万向轴驱动机车动轮粘-滑振动的数学模型和粘-滑振动数值分析的通用计算程序。将计算结果与实测的结果进行对照,取得了相当好的一致性。文中还利用程序计算结果,对机车动轮万向轴驱动系统中各个参数对粘着性能的影响进行了分析,分析结果也同样令人满意。在此基础上,提出了进一步改进机车粘着性能的建议。
Based on the theory of wheel and rail adhesion, this paper presents a new concept and establishes the mathematical model of stick-slip vibration and the numerical analysis of viscous-sliding vibration of the universal joint driven locomotive General calculation program. The calculated results and the measured results were compared and achieved a very good consistency. In this paper, the calculation results of the program are also used to analyze the influence of various parameters on the adhesion performance of the locomotive drive universal joint drive system. The analysis results are also satisfactory. On this basis, the suggestion of further improving the adhesion performance of the locomotive is put forward.
