在当前市场经济条件下,企业要发展壮大,行之有效的途径之一就是资产重组、文化整合。而在众多的企业并购案例中,有成功实现经营扩张战略目标的,亦有功亏一篑的。实践证明,与人员、技术、信息、组织、管理上的融合相比,企业文化的融合难度更大,过程更长。本文描述的某汽车服务企业A集团对某汽车经销服务企业B集团进行的并购案例表明,在实现并购成功的诸多因素中,只有成功实现了企业文化的融合,才能更有效地促进企业的快速发展。
