北潦河经洪屏蓄能电站下库泄水建筑物流进小湾水库,因此洪屏蓄能电站在满足自身调峰、填谷、调频、调相及紧急事故备用等任务的前提下同时对小湾水库的运行有一定影响。针对洪屏蓄能电站周调节运行方式的特点,确定其上、下库蓄水总量约束范围,在此基础上建立了洪屏蓄能电站下库与小湾水库的联合优化调度模型,提出了洪屏蓄能电站下水库与小湾电站联合经济运行的优化调度规则,并针对不同典型年来水情况的联合经济运行进行了仿真计算。结果表明,联合优化调度不仅能保证洪屏蓄能电站安全稳定运行,还可增加小湾电站的发电效益。

In view of the characteristics of the weekly operation mode of Hongping Pumped Storage Power Station, the constraint range of the total upper and lower reservoir water storage was determined. Based on the above, a joint optimal operation model of Hongping Pumped Storage Power Station and Xiaowan Reservoir was established. The optimal operation rules of the joint economic operation between Hongping Pumped Storage Power Station Reservoir and Xiaowan Power Station are simulated and the simulations are carried out for the joint economic operation under different typical annual water conditions. The results show that the joint optimization scheduling can not only ensure the safe and stable operation of Hongping Pumped Storage Power Station, but also increase the generating efficiency of Xiaowan Power Station.
