为了将它的产品最合理、最有效地传递到消费者手中,实达推出了“联合舰队”计划,并于近期拟定了今冬明春的航程。实达集团在经营“终端”系列产品时,采取了面对行业用户的方式。但是,实达PC的市场、产品特点等等因素,与实达终端毕竟不同。于是,实达电脑决定采取分销策略,充分依靠代理商的市场经验、人缘地缘优势,迅速地将产品送达消费者手中,既可节约营销资源、又能取得直接销售无法达到的营销效果。由此,实达PC提出了“联合舰队计划”,本着“共享资源、共同获利、共同发展”的宗旨,欲与广大代理商结成紧密的长期战略同盟。
