以某地铁永磁直驱转向架电机平衡杆为研究对象,分析了其不同倾斜角度对电机运动关系和一系载荷的影响,并针对平衡杆水平和倾斜2种布置方案进行比较,得出了平衡杆以水平或小角度倾斜布置为宜的结论。为转向架永磁直驱系统的方案确定提供了必要的理论依据。
Taking the balance bar of a permanent magnet direct-drive bogie of a subway as the research object, the influence of different inclination angles on the motor movement and the load of a series of motors was analyzed. According to the comparison of two kinds of arrangement schemes of horizontal and inclined balance bars, Balance bar to a horizontal or small angle of the inclined arrangement is appropriate conclusion. It provides the necessary theoretical basis for the scheme of bogie permanent magnet direct drive system.
