油田工程设施具有以下特点:基建工地分散;工地基建规模较小;地理和气候条件复杂;施工点交通不便又相距较远。特别是西伯利亚西部地区所造成的困难条件,使得原有的施工方法不能满足建设的要求。现代化的石油工业设施及输油站的特征是类型繁多、工艺设备及动力装置复杂,自动化程度高,生产具有爆炸和火灾的危险。所有这些,要求安装和调试工人具有高度熟练的技能,并及时和正确地执行建设部门的命令,而这在远离施工基地和野外的条件下是困难的。因此,要逐步实现在短期内能很快提高建设水平和基建投资效果的工业化建设方法。工业化建设的基本方法,就是预先考虑到把建筑安装工作的主要部分,从施工工地转到工厂车间里去的组合整体式方法。
Oilfield engineering facilities have the following characteristics: scattered construction sites; small scale of construction sites; complicated geographical and climatic conditions; and inconvenient traffic and farther construction sites. In particular, the difficult conditions caused by the western part of Siberia make the original construction methods unable to meet the requirements of construction. Modern petroleum industry facilities and gas stations are characterized by a wide variety of types, complicated process equipment and power plants, high levels of automation, and the risk of explosions and fires in production. All of this requires the installation and commissioning of workers with highly skilled skills and the timely and correct execution of construction department commands, which are difficult conditions away from the construction site and in the field. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually realize an industrialized construction method that can quickly raise the level of construction and the effect of infrastructure investment in the short term. The basic method of industrialization is to anticipate the combined monolithic method of moving the main part of the construction and installation work from the construction site to the factory floor.
