近年来,由于现行劳动法律、法规规定不完备、劳动侵权事件时有发生,一些劳动者的合法权益受到侵害后维权难。2007年6月29日,十届全国人大常委会第二十八次会议,高票表决通过了《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》(以下简称《劳动合同法》)。这部备受关注的法律,经历了向社会全文公布征求意见,四次审议之后,终于出现在人们的面前。将于2008年1月1日起施行的《劳动合同法》,从劳动合同的订立、履行和变更、解除和终止等多个方面,进一步完善了劳动合同制度,明确了劳动合同双方当事人的权利和义务,加重了违法用工成本,将成为全国亿万劳动者维权的一柄利剑。从本期起,本刊将结合过去已发生的一系列维权案例,连续解读最新出台的《劳动合同法》。
