加强和规范企业内部控制,对提高企业经营管理水平和风险防范能力、促进企业可持续发展、维护社会主义市场经济秩序和社会公众利益具有重大意义。随着建筑行业竞争加剧,施工企业要生存和发展,必须改变以前传统的与现在经济情况不相应的思维方法,制定出适合本企业的内部控制制度并落实到位,才能实现企业利润最大化和可持续发展。本文从介绍施工企业内部控制的特点和重要性入手,分析施工企业内部控制目前现状的不足,并提出相应的改进措施。
