目的:观察右归丸对慢性肾衰大鼠的治疗作用。方法:采用腺嘌呤灌胃建立大鼠阳虚型慢性肾衰模型,将大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,右归丸组,观察3组大鼠24h尿量、尿比重、血中BUN及SCr含量、肾组织中ET-1及AngⅡ含量、肾病理的变化。结果:右归丸组大鼠血中尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)含量低于模型组,肾脏病理明显改善,血清ET-1、AngⅡ含量明显减少。结论:温补肾阳方剂右归丸能延缓慢性肾衰的进展,可作为治疗慢性肾衰的基础方剂。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Yougui pill on chronic renal failure rats. Methods: Adenine was used to establish the rat model of chronic kidney failure. The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, and Yougui pill group. The 24-hour urine volume, urine specific gravity, and BUN in blood were observed in the three groups. And SCr content, renal tissue ET-1 and Ang II content, renal pathological changes. Results: The blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Scr) levels in Yougui Pill group were lower than those in the model group. The renal pathology was significantly improved and the serum ET-1 and Ang II levels were significantly reduced. Conclusion: Warming Kidney-Yang Decoction Yougui Pill can delay the progression of chronic renal failure and can be used as a basic prescription for the treatment of chronic renal failure.
