目的观察曲美他嗪对老年冠心病心力衰竭患者左心室功能的影响。方法取50例冠心病心力衰竭患者分为治疗组与对照组,均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用曲美他嗪,观察服药半年后心功能分级、左心室射血分数、E/A值。结果两组治疗后治疗组心功能I、II级例数均明显较对照组增加(P<0.05),III级例数和IV级例数较对照组均明显减少(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组射血分数较治疗前明显增高(P<0.05),并且较对照组增高(P<0.05),对照组与治疗前相比无明显变化。两组E/A值在治疗后较治疗前有增高(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组增高明显(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗老年冠心病心力衰竭的基础上加用曲美他嗪,能够在半年内增加左心室功能,减少心肌供氧供血不足,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of trimetazidine on left ventricular function in elderly patients with heart failure and heart failure. Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with trimetazidine on the basis of routine treatment of heart failure of elderly patients with coronary heart disease can increase left ventricular function and reduce myocardial oxygen supply and blood supply within six months, which is worthy of clinical application.
