在水稻花粉母细胞减数分裂期,施用1.0~2.0%浓度的乙烯利可以诱导小穗与花粉高度不育。 乙烯利处理影响花药的一些生理过程:抑制花药呼吸,干扰花药氮、碳代谢,降低花药中蛋白质含量,增加淀粉在药壁中异常积累,可能因此导致花粉数减少和花粉败育。 乙烯利处理时水稻雌蕊也有一定杀伤作用,使受精能力下降。可见,乙烯利并不是一种最理想的选择性配子诱杀剂,在生产上应用尚有一定限制。
At the meiosis stage of rice pollen mother cells, application of ethephon at a concentration of 1.0-2.0% induced spikelet and pollen sterility. Ethephon affects some physiological processes of anther: inhibiting anther respiration, interfering with anther nitrogen and carbon metabolism, decreasing protein content in anther, and increasing the abnormal accumulation of starch in the anther wall may result in reduction of pollen number and abortion of pollen. Ethephon treatment of rice pistil also have a lethal effect, so that fertilization decreased. Can be seen that ethephon is not an ideal selective gametube booster, there are some restrictions in the application of production.
