目的:探讨恶性血液病合并真菌感染患者应用卡泊芬净联合伏立康唑治疗的护理。方法:对28例恶性血液病合并真菌感染患者应用卡泊芬净联合伏立康唑治疗,治疗前给予心理护理,建立中心静脉通路,静脉置入中心静脉导管时关注药物疗效、观察药物不良反应并给予追踪护理。结果:因采取护理及时,患者完成了治疗,均未发生护理相关不良并发症。结论:临床疗效较好,治疗时应严控药物的用法及剂量,严密监测患者的生命体征、用药反应,注意发现患者的不良反应并及时处理,确保治疗顺利进行,延长患者生存率。
Objective: To investigate the nursing care of patients with hematologic malignancies complicated with fungal infection treated with caspofungin and voriconazole. Methods: 28 cases of malignant hematological diseases with fungal infection were treated with caspofungin combined with voriconazole, psychological care was given before the treatment, central venous access was established, the central venous catheter was placed in the vein to pay attention to the curative effect, and the adverse reactions were observed and followed up Nursing. Results: Nursing-related uncomplicated complications did not occur due to timely care and patient completed the treatment. Conclusion: The clinical curative effect is good. The usage and dosage of drugs should be strictly controlled during the treatment. Vital signs and medication responses should be closely monitored. Attention should be paid to the patients’ adverse reactions and timely treatment to ensure the smooth progress of treatment and prolong the survival rate of patients.
