目的 :探讨显微镜下行精索静脉曲张高位结扎术的治疗效果。方法选取我院于2014年3月至2015年3月收治的精索静脉曲张患者24例作为临床研究对象,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组12例。对照组患者采用腹腔镜精索静脉结扎术进行治疗,观察组患者采用显微镜下精索静脉高位结扎术进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 :两组患者的精液分析情况比较无明显差异性(P>0.05);而观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,比较结果具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论 :显微镜下行精索静脉曲张高位结扎术的治疗效果良好,值得推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of microsurgical high varicocele ligation. Methods Twenty-four patients with varicocele who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the clinical study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 12 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with laparoscopic spermatic vein ligation, and patients in the observation group were treated with microsurgical high varicocele ligation. The treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the semen analysis between the two groups (P> 0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05).
