我厂与哈尔滨焊接研究所合作,成立了铁基合金粉末等离子弧堆焊三结合攻关小组,对球墨铸铁、25~#钢体阀门密封面进行了堆焊试验。堆焊材料为铁基合金粉末,设备是哈尔滨焊接研究所研制的LU—500—1型等离子堆焊机。经过多次反复试验研究,终于成功地将铁基粉末堆焊在钢阀和球铁阀上,并投入了生产。质量分析证明,堆焊层硬度均匀,熔深浅,无气孔,无裂纹,完全符合质量要求,并适合于各种直径的高中压阀门密封面的堆焊,为我国钢体、球铁阀门等离子弧堆焊填
I plant and Harbin Institute of Welding cooperation, the establishment of the iron-based alloy powder plasma arc surfacing three joint research team, ductile iron, 25 ~ # steel valve sealing surface were surfacing test.
