一些皮肤疾病、癌前病变和恶性肿瘤,应用维生素A类制剂治疗已获得成功。近年来,又发现在某些上皮组织,人类肿瘤及实验肿瘤中,含有能与维生素A和维生素A酸(视黄酸)结合的特异性蛋白(RABP)。本文作者报告了以同位素标记的维生素A酸测定RABP的方法以及这种特异性蛋白在耳鼻喉范围的正常粘膜、鳞癌细胞中的某些特征。共用鳞癌标本37份,取自口腔、咽及喉癌病人;颈部鳞癌转移淋巴结17份;正常喉粘膜标本14份。实验温度4℃。每份标本按1∶3(W/V)与磷酸缓冲液(0.05M,pH7.4,0.1%Triton×100)制成匀浆,离心(130000g)30分钟后,取0.5ml上清液加入400nm~3H标记维生素A酸(7.5Ci/mmol)。保温5小时。为了测定非特异性结合蛋白的存在,另取0.5ml上清液,加入上述~3H
