1954年以前,东北铜铅锌鑛务局所属各鑛山選鑛厂的圆锥碎鑛机不断发生断轴事故,严重威胁着生产任务的均衡完成。1954年5月该局葛啓坤同志在各鑛有关人员的协助下,经过几个月的调查研究,提出了“圆锥碎鑛机断轴事故的研究和防止的对策”和“关于圆锥碎鑛机竖轴紧配合联接方法的選定”两个措施。经各鑛1955年一年来的实际工作证明,这两个措施对于提高碎鑛效率和防止主轴折断方面确实起到了一定的用用。为了总结一年多以来在防止圆锥碎鑛机断轴事故中的经验,并进一步充实以上两个措施的内容,我们特约请葛啓坤同志写成此文,在本刊发表。希望有开选鑛厂在实际工作中进一步研究采用,并提出意见,为徹底消滅圆锥碎鑛机断轴事故而努力。
