教育现代化的一个重要标志就是现代教育技术的广泛应用。从一定意义上讲,现代教育技术应用的水平代表和反映着教育现代化的水平。九年义务教育是教育的基础,是教育结构体系中的基石。随着国家“普九”战略的实施和巩固,现代教育技术的应用与研究越来越引起各方高度重视,并以之为牵引和突破,推动中小学教育现代化的进程。本文围绕中小学教师应该具备的教育技术能力,通过对泰州市中小学教师对教育技术能力的掌握和使用情况的分析,提出了提升中小学教师教育技术能力的几点建议。
An important symbol of education modernization is the wide application of modern educational technology. In a certain sense, the level of modern educational technology represents and reflects the level of education modernization. Nine-year compulsory education is the foundation of education and the cornerstone of the educational structure system. With the implementation and consolidation of the national “general nine” strategy, the application and research of modern educational technology have drawn more and more attention from all parties and taken it as traction and breakthrough to promote the modernization of primary and secondary education. Based on the analysis of primary and secondary school teachers ’ability to master and use of educational technology in primary and secondary schools, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve primary and secondary school teachers’ educational technology capabilities.
