有效的教学评价能够增强学生的学习兴趣,增强内在驱动力,提高学习能力,进而达到培养终身学习的能力。因而教师应该改革高职院教学评价滞后现状,把培养学生终身学习能力作为高职教育教学目标定位,注重激励性评价对培养学生终身学习能力的推动作用,建立学生的评价信心,鼓励、引导学生进行师生互评、学生互评和学生自评的评价模式以激发学生的学习潜能,促进学生全面发展,最终培养终身学习能力。
Effective teaching evaluation can enhance students’ interest in learning, enhance their intrinsic motivation, improve their learning abilities, and further their ability to develop lifelong learning. Therefore, teachers should reform the status quo of backwardness of teaching evaluation in higher vocational colleges, regard the cultivation of lifelong learning ability as the orientation of higher vocational education and teaching, pay attention to the promotion of stimulating evaluation on cultivating students ’ability of lifelong learning, establish the confidence of students’ evaluation, encourage and guide students Conduct teacher-student mutual evaluation, student evaluation and student self-evaluation evaluation model to stimulate students ’learning potential, promote students’ all-round development and finally develop lifelong learning ability.
