In a elderly male corpse found in the single-lumen double-lumen bladder variability reported as follows: Both kidneys and ureter abdominal segments were normal. Both sides of the ureteral pelvis gradually move closer to the bottom of the bladder a little left, from the bladder wall 05cm at both sides merged into the bladder. Bladder filling swelling, peach heart-shaped (with photos). There is a sagittal longitudinal groove in the middle, saddle-shaped at the top and basic symmetry on both sides. Cut the bladder along the longitudinal groove to remove urine 880ml. Deep groove was found as a mediastinum, the bladder is divided into two chambers. At the upper front edge of the mediastinum, there is a small diverticulum extending from left to right, caught in the right bladder wall. Diverticulum oval opening, diameter 2.4cm, 2.6cm deep. In the middle of the mediastinum, diverticulum port below the 1.0cm Department, a diameter of 2.0 × 2.6cm large holes, through the bladder around the cavity. Mediastinal lower right slightly, the urethra completely located in the left lumen, no bladder
