中共中央十七届五中全会通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议》提出,要规范分配秩序,加强税收对收入分配的调节作用,有效调节过高收入,努力扭转城乡、区域、行业和社会成员之间收入差距扩大趋势。完善公务员工资制度,深化事业单位收入分配制度改革。随着“十二五”的开局,收入分配改革也越来越引起关注。近日来,各大媒体特别是中央党报对收入分配话题进行了系列报道,这使得社会各界对收入分配改革有更多的期望。
