In the production of some high molecular compounds, the measurement and control of the viscosity of the system is a very critical and difficult problem. With thin tube viscometer, falling ball viscosity meter, ribbon viscometer and other equipment measurement, most of the need for specific test operating conditions and a certain measurement time. So it is difficult to meet some of the requirements of the production process. This article describes a design by the author and prototype pump viscometer, the initial application of continuous changes in viscosity of the occasion. The experimental and field trial results are ideal.
