Breast cancer is the most common malignancy of women in Europe and North America. Causes of breast cancer, among other factors, the most obvious is the family history. The incidence of women with a family history of breast cancer was significantly higher than that of the normal population. According to epidemiological and genetic studies, approximately 5% of breast cancer patients are caused by genetic mutations. If a family has more than 2 breast cancer patients <50 years of age, women in this family have a genetic mutation. The risk has risen significantly. This poses serious questions to us about whether to reduce the risk of these women’s morbidity through drugs.
