本文对亚氨基二磺酸铵(NS)材料的合成、提纯、化学性质和热稳定性进行了研究。用正交设计试验确定了亚氨基二磺酸铵(NS)体系无氰镀银新工艺的配方。对镀层和镀液的性能进行了测定。结果表明(NS)体系镀银的镀层细致光洁、含硫量低、无脆性。结合力,抗硫性能、抗潮湿性能和可焊性都良好。镀液配制方便,易于维护调整,深镀能力好,电流密度范围为0.3~0.5安/分米~2,分散能力略逊于氰化镀银。试验并证明了镀层的脆性大小与含硫量高低决定于NS材料的纯度。对银镀层的x射线衍射测定的结果说明NS镀银的晶体组织取向与氰化镀银体系不同。对硫脲和碱性亚硫酸盐二种预浸银配方也作了比较证明后者具有较多优点。
In this paper, the synthesis, purification, chemical properties and thermal stability of ammonium iminodisulfonate (NS) were studied. The orthogonal design test was used to determine the new cyanide-free silver plating process for the ammonium sulfosuccinate (NS) system. The coating and bath performance were determined. The results show that the silver coating of the (NS) system is fine and smooth, with low sulfur content and no brittleness. Bond strength, sulfur resistance, moisture resistance and solderability are good. Plating bath preparation is convenient, easy maintenance adjustment, deep plating capacity, current density range of 0.3 ~ 0.5A / dm ~ 2, dispersion ability is slightly inferior to cyanide silver plating. Experiments and proved that the brittleness of the coating size and sulfur content depends on the purity of the NS material. The result of the x-ray diffraction measurement of the silver coating shows that the orientation of the NS silver-plated crystal is different from that of the cyanide silver plating system. Comparison of the two prepreg silver formulations of thiourea and basic sulfite proved that the latter has many advantages.
