成本管理在工程项目管理中占有举足轻重的作用,加强成本管理是施工企业夯实基础、提升企业形象、实现目标利润、增强企业竞争力的必由之路。成本管理的关键是加强成本的过程控制,项目成本管理必须紧紧围绕影响成本变化的各个环节,做到事前预测、事中控制、事后总结。下面结合作者从事项目成本管理工作的实践从预测准备、关键控制、总结提高3个阶段谈几点看法:
Cost management plays an important role in project management. Strengthening cost management is the only way for construction companies to lay a solid foundation, enhance their corporate image, achieve the target profit and enhance their competitiveness. The key of cost management is to strengthen the cost of process control. Project cost management must closely focus on the various aspects that affect the cost change, and make the prediction in advance, the control in the event, and the post-event summary. The following combined with the author in the practice of project cost management from the preparation of the forecast, the key control, summarize the three stages of improvement to talk about several points:
