本文以钒催化剂化学为基础系统地评述了几十年来有关 SO_2在钒催化剂上氧化过程反应动力学和反应机理研究领域内的理论症结和重大分歧,据此制定了 SO_2在国产 S101钾钒系和S107钾钠钒系催化剂上氧化过程反应动力学和反应机理的研究程序。本文是文献[3]的续篇,也是文献[1][2]的共同组成部分.硫酸在世界范围内的大量生产和多相催化理论研究的需要,使 SO_2催化氧化过程的研究探索历经五十余年而不衰。但由于人们对这一过程细节问题的了解还不成系统,主要表现在钒催化剂化学方面认识的凌乱,致使在反应机理和反应动力学的理论和实验研究中都存在不少分歧。因此,只有搞清这些理论症结和重大分歧所在才能有的放矢地进行该过程的研究。
Based on the vanadium catalyst chemistry, the author systematically reviews the theoretical crux and major disagreements in the field of reaction kinetics and reaction mechanism of SO2 oxidation on vanadium catalysts for decades. Based on this, Study on Kinetics and Reaction Mechanism of Oxidation Process on S107 Potassium, Sodium and Vanadium Catalysts. This paper is a sequel to [3] and is a common part of the literature [1] [2] .The need for mass production and heterogeneous catalysis of sulfuric acid in the world has made SO2 catalytic oxidation process go through fifty For years but not bad. However, due to people’s understanding of the details of this process is not yet a system, mainly manifested in vanadium catalyst chemistry understanding of the mess, resulting in the reaction mechanism and reaction kinetics theory and experimental research there are many differences. Therefore, only by studying the crux of these theses and major divisions can we carry out the study of this process.
