本文研究在苯蒸气慢性影响下的大鼠外周血液粒细胞和淋巴细胞中β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(简称(?))活性的变化。实验用22只雄性大鼠,约4个月龄,体重361~440 g,给予标准饲料。分成两组:对照组10只,放入容积为0.375 m~3无苯蒸气的中毒柜内。实验组12只置于中毒柜内,苯蒸气浓度为1,200 mg/m~3。每周染毒6天,每天6小时,持续12周。柜内温度为22~25℃,相对湿度50~60%,换气量为7m~3/小时。
This article studies the changes of β-glucuronidase (abbreviated (?)) Activity in rat peripheral blood granulocytes and lymphocytes under the influence of benzene vapor. Twenty-two male rats, approximately 4 months old and weighing 361-440 g, were given standard diet. Divided into two groups: control group of 10, into a volume of 0.375 m ~ 3 without benzene vapor poisoning cabinet. Twelve rats in the experimental group were placed in a poisoning cabinet and the concentration of benzene vapor was 1,200 mg / m ~ 3. Exposure to 6 days a week, 6 hours a day for 12 weeks. Cabinets temperature is 22 ~ 25 ℃, relative humidity 50 ~ 60%, the amount of ventilation 7m ~ 3 / hour.
