目的分析2008～2010年新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州(伊犁州)肺结核病患者来源与类型构成变化。方法运用网络直报系统对伊犁州结核病控制项目资料,按年度进行本地区结核病患者汇总、归类,采用描述性统计分析患者构成变化。结果近3年来,肺结核病患者以因症就诊、转诊为本地区患者来源主要途径,构成比呈现下降趋势,而在患者的追踪、涂阳密切接触者检查和健康检查中发现的患者构成比逐年增多。结论目前我们的工作主要是继续提高各级医疗单位的诊断能力;加快基层结核病防治机构建设及医务人员的培训;不断增强人群防病意识,主动配合防治工作。
Objective To analyze the source and type of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in Xinjiang Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture (Ili Prefecture) from 2008 to 2010. Methods The data of tuberculosis control project in Yili Prefecture were collected and classified according to the annual reports of the tuberculosis control project in Yili Prefecture by using the network direct reporting system. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the changes in the composition of TB patients. Results In the past three years, tuberculosis patients were referred for symptoms and their referral was the main source of local patients’ origin. The proportions of the patients showed a downward trend. However, the percentage of patients found in patient follow-up, smear positive contact examination and health examination Increasing year by year. Conclusion At present, our work is mainly to continue to improve the diagnostic capability of medical units at all levels; to speed up the construction of grass-roots TB prevention and treatment institutions and training of medical staff; and continuously enhance people’s awareness of disease prevention and actively cooperate with prevention and control work.
