采用AQ251聚合物对固溶后的7075铝合金厚板进行浸没淬火,运用X射线衍射仪、三坐标仪与维氏硬度仪分别测试各淬火板的表面残余应力分布、翘曲变形及显微硬度,研究不同温度、介质浓度下厚板残余应力场、表层零应力层位置、最大翘曲变形量及材料力学性能的演变趋势。研究结果表明:随淬火温度升高与介质浓度增加,试件表面残余应力降幅近90%,压应力区加深近90%,尺寸稳定性增加近5倍,但力学性能降低近14%。
AQ251 polymer was used to immerge and quench the solution of 7075 aluminum alloy plate. The surface residual stress distribution, warpage and microhardness of each quenched plate were measured by X-ray diffraction, three-dimensional coordinate and Vickers hardness tester respectively , The evolution trend of the residual stress field, the position of the zero stress layer on the surface, the maximum warpage deformation and the mechanical properties of the material under different temperatures and medium concentrations were studied. The results show that with the increase of quenching temperature and medium concentration, the residual stress decreases about 90%, the compressive stress area decreases nearly 90%, the dimensional stability increases nearly 5 times, but the mechanical properties decrease nearly 14%.
