应日本陶业株式会社西谷泰征先生的邀请,黑龙江省建材工业总公司派出制砖工业技术人员一行四人,于今年7月2日至8月4日对日本陶业株式会社进行了参观访问,向日本陶业株式会社的同行学习了制造轻质高强粘土空心砖的工艺和生产技术。一(一)工艺方面1.日本制砖工业非常注重原料处理,他们把取来的原料土分类存放,再按配合比混合进行机械加工处理,然后放进土库闷料。在处理过程中严格控制三个指标:即原料的含水率、颗粒分布和原料的耐火度。处理原料的机械设备要绝对保证完好,不符合要求的必须及时调换。2.成型后要进行一次真空处理。挤出机的真空度要保持在700毫米汞柱以上。采用电热
