义务教育《英语课程标准》指出:在教学中,教师应当坚持以学生为本,面向全体学生,关注个体差异,优化课堂教学,提高教学效率,为学生继续学习奠定基础。可见,每一个学生都是被关注的主体,他们自身都需要发展,同时,他们也拥有发展的潜能。而潜能的挖掘需要教师去了解学生,去研读教材,让学生们从被动学习转变为主动学习,在主动发现问题,解决问题的过程中享受学习英语的乐趣。那么,在教学实践中,我们该如何做呢?
