针对目前膜片弹簧建模效率低的问题, 将参数化技术运用到膜片弹簧设计中来, 以尺寸参数驱动为特征, 利用VC++语言对SolidWorks进行二次开发, 在SolidWorks平台上建立膜片弹簧自动建模模块.并利用SolidWorks与ANSYS Workbench之间良好的数据接口, 将设计得到的三维实体模型进行有限元分析, 验证设计结果是否满足工程约束条件, 以达到提高膜片弹簧设计分析效率的目的.“,”Aiming at the problem of inefficiency in the modeling process of diaphragm spring at present, the parameterized technology was applied to the design of diaphragm spring, and the second development of SolidWorks was carried out by using VC++ language, which is driven by dimension parameter. The automatic modeling module of diaphragm spring was established on SolidWorks platform. Using the good data interface between SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench, the 3 D solid model is analyzed by finite element method to verify whether the design results meet the engineering constraint conditions, so as to improve the efficiency of design and analysis of diaphragm spring.
