批评是教育的一种手段,批评不是情绪发泄和恶意报复,应该是一种明示,在教育教学中起着引导的作用,确立批评正确的价值取向。学生的心理接受背景和能力又检验着批评是否起到这样的作用,所以批评要讲究方式方法,它需要双方冷静的态度、理性的思考、平等的姿态。它又不是一次性行为,必须经过一段时间的观察、反馈与研究才能凸显批评的效应与价值。
Criticism is a measure of education. Criticism is not emotional venting and malicious retaliation. It should be an explicit act that plays a guiding role in education and teaching and establishes the correct value orientation in criticizing. Students accept the background and ability to accept psychological criticism of whether such a role, so criticism should pay attention to ways and means, it requires both calm attitude, rational thinking, equal attitude. It is not a one-time act, it must be observed after a period of time, feedback and research to highlight the effect and value of criticism.
