桥梁预制梁预应力张拉采用传统的张拉设备,施工过程以人工控制为主,施工同步性差,人工操作误差大,不利于工程质量控制。智能张拉设备全程通过电子信息系统控制预应力施工,有效提高了桥梁预应力施工质量。通过智能张拉实际运用,本文阐述了智能张拉工作原理和操作流程,并通过与传统人工张拉进行对比,对其先进的工作性能进行了细致的分析。
Prestressed bridge prestressed tension using traditional tensioning equipment, the construction process to manual control, construction synchronization is poor, the error of manual operation, is not conducive to project quality control. Intelligent tensioning equipment throughout the electronic information system control prestressed construction, effectively improving the quality of prestressed bridge construction. Through the practical application of intelligent tensioning, this paper describes the working principle and operational flow of intelligent tensioning, and analyzes its advanced working performance through comparison with traditional artificial tensioning.
