用土培方法培养出5个不同氮素营养水平的早稻,测定了不同生育期单张叶片的光谱曲线,对盆栽水稻群体进行了多光谱摄影及彩色红外摄影。对叶片氮素营养水平与光谱特性的关系进行了分析,结果表明:缺氮处理及正常氮水平处理的早稻单张叶片的光谱特征明显不同,运用适宜的光谱分类统计量,可以对早稻的氮素水平进行光谱分类,ND和RVI等植被指数与稻叶含氮量之间有良好的相关性。对影象进行目视解译及图象处理,发现用蓝、绿、红波段的多光谱影象解译早稻的氮素营养状态的效果不佳,而用彩色红外影象解译则效果较好。
Five cultivars of early rice with different levels of nitrogen nutrition were cultivated by soil culture method. The spectral curves of individual leaves at different growth stages were measured. Multi-spectral photography and color infrared photography of potted rice were conducted. The relationship between nitrogen nutrition and spectral characteristics of leaves was analyzed. The results showed that the spectral characteristics of single leaf of early rice under nitrogen deficiency and normal nitrogen levels were significantly different. Using suitable spectral classification statistics, Vegetation index and NDVI had a good correlation with nitrogen content in rice leaves. The visual interpretation and image processing of the images showed that the effect of interpreting the N nutrition status of early rice with the blue, green and red bands was not good, but the color infrared image interpretation was more effective it is good.
