随着全媒体时代的来临,全方位的媒体形式给传统出版社带来了巨大冲击,而如何实现传统出版社的成功转型,并在激烈的市场竞争下获得一席之地,成为编辑的一大重任。在该种形势下,编辑能力的培养日渐成为广大出版社关注的焦点。本文以全媒体出版时代下编辑职能的改变作为切入点,分析编辑在该形势下需担任的内部与外部职责,同时对编辑该具备哪些能力、如何实现等展开了研究探讨,以期为全媒体时代下的编辑能力培养指明方向,达到促进编辑专业素质水平的目的。
